**UPDATE** I called at 7:02 and someone answered the phone and she said that she closed at 7. However, the drive thru was... barricaded and the doors were locked. Meaning that unless they can ?shut down? the drive thru and lock the doors that fast, theyclosed earlier, but have to keep answering the phone to make people think they?re still open Went twice at 2 different timesand they were CLOSED both times. An unfortunate misadventure, this was! They are simply very understaffed. It showed when I ordered my coffee they handed me the... cream and sugars I asked her if she could put them in for me because I didn't want to make a mess with it in my car, and shedeclined "we don't add this ourselves." ???? That was the first big mistake. I was the only customer she had! The total came toover $16!!! Two chicken sandwiches and two coffees. ???? Long story short, Burger King is now off my list. Read more

What is with this restaurant? Every time we order from them on UberEats they cancel our order, EVERYTIME. We then call to ask... why it?s been canceled and no surprise, nobody picks up the phone. Even when UberEats called them, BK didn?t give them a goodexplanation on why the order had been canceled. It?s ok though, Zaxbys can have our money. Read more

Might as well close this down. I understand not having enough employees but it has been the same way for about a year now.... Ordering thru the app then having to walk up to the drive thru menu is ridiculous. Where is the owner and why aren't theyhelping out. The service was awful the people were not friendly, the bun and chicken was cold, dry and couldn't be eaten.
