Unfortunately, I have had consistently bad delivery service on the last three occasions. To be fair, this was a different driver... on each occasion. A salad that was brown an wilted on one occasion, someone else?s pizza on another occasion and a missingdrink, and half of what I paid for today. When I called back and complained three strikes you?re out, they bad mouthed thedriver saying it was his fault. I asked that they please do not re-send the driver and they sent the poor kid out again. To topit off, when I was eating the pizza that arrived without the rest of the order, I found someone?s hair on my pizza. What hashappened to service? During the pandemic, they quietly raised menu prices a few dollars on specialty pizzas, and served muchmore than not so fresh salads. Domino's is overpriced, and under serviced. I just wish Crozet pizza delivered. Edit: after Iwrote this review, the driver returned, and brought my salad, but STILL brought the wrong drink. It was correct on my order onthe box; they just didn?t bother to look at what I ordered on their own app, and brought a coke instead, which wasn?t what Iordered. PATHETIC. Read more
I like the pan pizza and service is usually quick when you place online order. My main thing is they don't use multiple slicers... so my chicken pizza ends up with stuff I am allergic to in it, no matter if I let them know or not. I have been told after eachpizza they clean the slicer but not true when you have sausage in your chicken pizza and have to give it away!! Read more
Shout-out to my local manager (on 250 in Crozet, across from HT). It's our go-to pizza place (don't judge me) and tonight it was... really great. The only reason I gave only four stars is that there was an issue with the order. However, the manager made good,even beyond what he should have done. Much appreciated. Read more
This Dominos is such a great place to get food from and such a positive atmosphere to walk into. Everybody greets you at the... door and makes it their mission to help you as soon as possible. You can see and hear the teamwork and positive vibes the peopleinside radiate. The drivers are always quick and respectful people. Also any time i have ever had questions or anything themanager has always been super helpful and just the friendliest person. Read more
I've ordered from this location several times and it's always... Okay. When I ordered this time though, my one pizza was... completely messed up. It literally looked like someone shook the box, three pieces were on top of each other and we couldn'teven put it back together right, it looked like random pieces thrown in the box. I called the restaurant to get refunded for themessed up pizza and was told they would remake it or give me a coupon for next time. I told them I'm not ordering again soplease refund my money At that point the manager got on the phone and said she would refund me but I needed to pay again for theother pizza I ordered (which I noticed after the call was also incorrect, it was supposed to be thin crust and it was a panpizza). Then she said it would take 2-3 days to process the return but they took my second payment right away?? Anyway, themanager was nice but the pizza is subpar at best and I'm not ordering from them again. Read more
Google says the store is open until midnight and the app allows you to order food up to 11pm and informs you of when your food... will be ready. I ordered food just before 11pm and went to pick it up at 1120pm, but when i got to the store two coworkers werestanding up by the front of the store refusing to give us our food. Myself and 3 other people were refused the food we paid foreven though the food was sitting on the shelf inside the store. To make things worse, one of the workers (an overweight male)used fowl language at us while making himself a pizza. Needless to say, the employees here are a joke and clearly have norespect. Amazing the turn around this place has made. I haven't had a bad order since the change. they've been consistent in dealing out... the correct number of sauces, accurate food order, ect. The pizza has been immaculate on every order. I recently got my dadtheir philly steak the last 3 times and he has loved it every time. when he got it it was as hot as if it just came out theoven. The bread twists and Parmesan bites have been a huge hit the last couple times we had family over. The employees havebeen cool, never had a bad experience in the many times I've dropped by for pick up, not to mention always helpful. Service isas fast it can be. I'm usually there and home eating in 10 min. The price is awesome. even on a tight budget i can always find atasty dinner and break my wallet. Thank yall! Read more
