So after years of my kids enjoying dominos pizza we finally have to throw in the towel! So I always order pizza online to get... points and which I got a free pizza, only to find that they have taken the money out of my account but no order was received, Icall the store to explain what happened the first person was non helpful and explained that I would get money back in 5 to 7business days, as a single mom who's trying to feed her kids this was just a wash for me! I come here all the time. I?ve never been so disrespected & shocked after calling to explain issues I have with the pizza that... was delivered. I first talked to Mike who sighed, put me on hold without even letting me know, told me it would be 40 mins untilanother one could be delivered. When I asked what his position was he said, ?I take orders.? I asked if I could speak with amanager, since he didn?t suggest it, & Kristyn was the manager on schedule today. She was also the person who ?quality checked,?the order. It?s clear the pizza shouldn?t have been sent out. When I brought this to her attention, & said the app said shechecked it- she denied it & said another team member, Katrina, checked it. Somehow this was still sent out. I was told I wouldhave to wait another 45 minutes now after speaking with Kristyn because they are so busy. I get that- but I why am I waitingover 2 hours now (all together) what I ordered in the first place? I will be speaking with their store manager tomorrow. For a Domino's this is a very nice location/franchise. Every driver I have had is friendly. I use the "online tracker" and it is... very convenient for knowing when your pizza will arrive. Placed an online order for car side delivery. My order was ready within the time frame it gave and it was super convenient to... pull up and text I was there with someone bringing it out within seconds. The pizza was also phenomenal!! I haven?t ordered orhad dominos in years and was very impressed by the quality. Will definitely be ordering again! Read more
