First review I?m ever leaving for a restaurant. That?s how bad this was. Blandest meal I?ve ever had in my life. 17 bucks for... bland, rotten smelling beef with white rice and fries as a side! We came here mid-afternoon and in spite of walking from a public fee parking behind the store in 98-degree heat, it was so worth... the visit. This place had the best ceviche we've ever had. We ordered the Ceviche Mixto, Arroz con Mariscos was sooo good, thebeef was soft like it was pressure cooked, perfect flavorr, we also got Frijol con seco, and the fruit drinks maracuya and Mangowere the perfect juice drinks! This is my first time trying Peruvian cuisine, and I am not disappointed at all! The beef stew was delicious! The shrimp and... calamari appetizer was also tasty. Inka is doing some pretty interesting stuff. They have a massive menu of things that are mostly unfamiliar to an American... customer and that seems to indicate something about their authenticity. Great food! Make sure to ask for picante (spicy) sauce and sal (salt) to add more bold flavor to your liking. My wife and I love... the grilled octopus and shrimp and calamary appetizers to start every time. The traditional meat and rice plates are wonderfuland comforting, as well as the ceviche. We tried the linguini verde con bistec today and again, needed a bit of salt but it wasvery good. Friendly service but make sure to use google translate with some of the servers.
