Sunday on 10/30/22 at 7:45 pm husband went in to order 2 subs and a large sweet tea and the staff was rude, also he went to get... the tea and they were out and then he was told to get one out of the cooler and they were also out, they told him to get a sodaand he doesn't drink soda..... so him being the keep the peace type of guy he just didn't get anything and they didn't offer toreimburse the money paid for something they didn't have......We eat at this location often and never had such a rude CSR. I have placed three take out orders from the fifth street station location and have yet to get the order home and the sandwiches... were correct. The last time when I arrived to pick them up they were not ready and I had to wait for them to be made. I saw theguy making one of them and he put cheese on it which I had specifically told them on the phone I did not want, so I questionedhim about it. Another employee spoke up and said that sandwich wasn?t mine and it was. So I called yet another time to complainand I was told they would refund my card for the order. That did not happen. Don?t order from here! I recently ordered several hot sandwiches via the app. When I arrived, there was a younger woman that... walked in at the same time that I did. The folks there bent over backwards to prepare her order and left me standing there. Oneeven went do far as to just throw my sandwiches on the back counter and run to make hers. My sandwiches were ready and hers werenot but I couldn?t get mine because the only two employees not working on customer orders both jumped to help her and left mestanding there. We ordered 3 subs. One kids game, one club and one big kahuna. They good it?s self tasted okay but the unfortunate part was the... staff. First they forgot to make the big kahuna but acted as if it was our fault. Then when my husband opened the wrapper theyhadn?t cut it. He took it back up to have it cut and was given very dirty looks. Recently taken over by new ownership. New owners have been extremely rude and quality has noticeably fallen. Lettuce has been... brown and inedible so often that I don't even want to go there anymore. Highly recommend just going elsewhere. Read more
