Pretty bad, basically just bread for $8. Called an hour ahead and they messed up our order. Extra toppings are expensive and the... they forget to add them. A poor representation of this franchise, in other cities it is much better. Read more

***Full disclosure, I used to be a driver for a Jimmy Johns location. I've only had sandwiches from four other locations... including three in the Richmond, Virginia Metro Area, and one In Greensboro, NC.*** This particular location appears to beusing day old bread (or older) as the bread is typically hard (especially around the heels)... Thus, the sandwiches at thislocation is not as enjoyable at this location. I've had this experience upwards of four times. I thought it was just me, so Ishared my most recent sandwich with a family member and got the same reply (unprovoked)... Read more

I got the JJ BLT. To me it was average because it didn't have much taste as the bread overpowered the ingredients. Shredded... lettuce, mayo. And under cooked limp bacon. It wasn't bad just not exceptional, so the average rating. I was served quickly byfriendly people. The place looked nice and seemed very clean. Read more
Let me start by saying everyone working at JJ?s is quite kind from what I?ve observed. I?ve been ordering delivery from them... 2-3 times a month since the pandemic started. Most of the time, I was very satisfied- however, as of the past 3 months or so,their roast beef has been far too thick compared to the past and it has a good amount of chewy fat. At first, I thought it mustbe a one time thing but unfortunately it?s happened for every roast beef sandwich that I?ve gotten for my last 4 visits havebeen less enjoyable than usual. Everything else is amazing though; bread, chips, etc. My only other complaint is I work in amedical office where masks are required so I normally try to catch the driver outside because most delivery drivers of allcompanies don?t normally wear masks, unfortunately there?s no real map tracker in the app so it?s hard to time it right. Thisis certainly NOT me complaining about any employees- I understand that most people nowadays don?t care about the spread of COVIDor the permanent effects it can have on the body and they?re no longer required to wear masks by law but, if there?s a sign onthe door that says masks are required, they should call the customer and meet them outside if possible instead of just coming inmaskless. Once again, this is talking about ALL delivery drivers (Doordash, Dominos, Ubereats, etc) NOT just Jimmy Johns. Mymain complaint though is the meat, I don?t expect people to magically care about those around them when the law doesn?t requirethem to- we are humans after all. Read more
