Disappointing to have to write this one. Been a loyal customer since Martins opened, even actively refused to visit their... competitor nearby, but today likely ends my patronage. Food has slipped some in past few years but was still good. Called in anorder today, was told would be. 25-30 min wait, which was fine, understood they were busy and short staffed. When I got to therestaurant 25 min later asked to check, was told it would be ?quite some time? without being able to get more info. Since I haderrands to run that didn?t work, and since clearly they hadn?t started my order I just told them to cancel. Got a quitesarcastic look and heard them commenting on my fandom (was wearing a team shirt) as I left. Delays happen, being short staffedthere is nothing that can be done about that sometimes. But giving a customer attitude and commenting on fandom isn?t reallyacceptable. Other restaurants in the area will get my business going forward. Read more

We were visiting from out of town and found this by it being near our hotel. The food was delicious. Our server, Daniel, was... right on point. Totally satisfied. In fact, we saw him the next day running their food truck, so we got burgers there, too.Whenever we're back in the area we will make a point of coming here. Read more

Burger patties were rarely fresh, not frozen. The french fries were very tasteful and fresh. When I was on my vacation for a... month I went out there three times. Read more

Love the cheese burger here. I will say I also didn't hate the brisket but won't recommend the brisket. They trim it prior to... smoking and it was a bit tough. Flavor was was fine, though it ain't Tejas bbq which I'm a huge fan of. Really like the crewthat works this place... and the food is good. Read more

For 10+ years (Since Ryan was the owner), I could give 5 stars. But the last 3-4 visits, possibly because I eat a low carb... style, the staff just can?t seem to get any special requests right. While the burgers cooked the ?Martin?s ? way are alwaysgreat, for example, on this last visit, when I ask for grilled onions and mushrooms and they send raw onions on the second tripand then forget the mushrooms all together until the third trip back to the grill??it?s time to say that the level of qualityhas surely slipped. There were numerous minor issues like a sticky table and flat sofas. I wonder if the new staff just needssome training? Very disappointed since two burgers and fries now cost $32+. Ouch!! I will say that waitresses are hard working, and very attentive. That?s Read more

Really good burgers made custom (you choose what you want on it). You can see the meat is quality and not preformed frozen... patties. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We tried the"Tot-chos" (tater tots served like nachos) which was on special.Prices are very reasonable for the quality. Our only disappointment was they were out of cheesecake. Read more

It won?t knock your socks off. It?s just ?ok?, but it?s definitely better than the chain fast food restaurant options around.... The burgers are affordable, and aren?t super large, but they?re filling if you pair it with fries. The cheesesteak was reallylacking in flavor (it?s definitely no NYC or Philly), so I wouldn?t recommend it, but the burgers are decent and I would stop byif I were in the area. I didn?t get it this time, but the tater tots are pretty good, especially with the sauce they pair itwith. They give a large amount of fries in the ?basket,? definitely enough to share with 2+ people. I wouldn?t go out of my wayfor it, but if you go, I?d recommend a cheeseburger and tater tots. It?s a fill-up that?s easy on the wallet. Atmosphere isclassic burger joint - grill, music, iconography, TV, the whole thing. It?s casual dining so you could definitely stay a whileif you want to watch the game, or just hang out. There?s also outdoor seating as well. Read more
