It's a McDonald's so the food is basically what you'd expect. Despite a large # of employees behind the counter, this is... consistently the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Expect order to pick up times to exceed 20 minutes. This is certainly not"fast food". The self-serve drink machines are routinely out of ice, there are never napkins available for customers toself-serve, and no condiments are available unless you can get the attention of a staff member. Forget about mobile ordering atthis location, the line of the drive-thru is so slow, and so long that they have to prioritize that or cars will back up onto apublic roadway. Went to a McDonald's competitor and my bank card was not working and they insisted I used the kiosk,so I stand in line for on... 18 minutes and they refused to help me, so I came here down the road 11/2 miles to this other McDonald's with a lower score andThey too had a sign asking you to use the kiosk because they're very busy and understaffed but the manager named Debbie help meand had no problem with it, she was very friendly about it and very kind and understanding about me having cash only, Thank youDebbie.... ?????? Busy but friendly. It's McDonald's, you know what to expect. Place was clean, food was good. Would stop in again.
I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, add big mac sauce (which I got charged extra for). I received a completely plain... double quarter pounder, no mac sauce, no toppings whatsoever. They weren?t busy at all, so it genuinely felt like the employeeswere lazy and just took advantage of me being in the drive through (since I?d be unlikely to bring it back to get it fixed,which I didn?t). There?s plenty of McDonald?s around here, so I would recommend avoiding this one. Read more
