I ordered food last night to my work which the food was still warm and perfect temperature wise. The cheeseburger tasted like it... was cooked where the steak was cooked and it tasted just like the steak. The fires were awful. The bacon tasted nasty. I threwaway the whole burger pretty much. The salad came with one ranch which wasn?t enough. The salad was the best thing. The managerwas a lot of help and is going to give me a gift card which is nice but it still wasn?t good! Read more

Outstanding food and service. The waitstaff was prompt and very courteous. I wanted my food prepared in a very specific way?not... only did it arrive just the way I wanted it, the waitress let me know what/how she communicated. Great teamwork and customercare. The food was great?I had a steak cooked to perfection. The sides and drinks were great too. The sign says they?reunderstaffed, but those that are there are hustling. I had a great experience and recommend this Outback to anyone. Read more

Food quality has dismissed everywhere around town so I don't want to say that it is just this establishment. Our server was very... accommodating however, I can tell she was either new or needed some more training on table management. Just little things likeremembering ketchup and checking on the table more. Other than that, it was very nice. Read more

It's a national chain, so you know what you're getting as far as menu and ambiance goes. The front-of-house staff at this... location has always been friendly and efficient. The kitchen, however, can be a bit hit-or-miss. I'm not expecting much, butcooking a steak to the temperature it is ordered should be a main focus at a steakhouse. I always order medium rare and they getit right about half the time. The other half could be anywhere from refrigerator-cold-center rare to shoe leather well-done. Therestaurant seems to maintain cleanliness pretty well. Spills and crumbs happen throughout the shift but for the most part thedining room seems clean and well maintained. On our most recent visit, however, the ladies bathroom was rather disgusting with asmell that doesn't just happen from time to time, if you get my meaning, but was the kind of smell you would expect from arestroom in a stadium or public park. Overall, a pretty good location for a standard national chain. Just, maybe use thebathroom before you go. Read more

One of the better Outback experiences I've had. The waitress was polite, quick and timely. The food was done right and tasty.... And this new "Thunder and Lightning" dessert they had was actually one of the best desserts I've ever ordered from a chainrestaurant. Read more

So many, many fails from start to finish. Check the weather forecast first! The temperature inside Outback was bitter cold. In... fact most diners wore their heavy coats while dining. It was 40 degrees outside and only 15 degrees warmer in the diningroom. Didn?t mind the 45 minute wait to be seated, after all it was a Saturday night. Did mind the hour wait for foodespecially when we were served steaks that had obviously waited too long for pick up. We were cold, and our over-charred,inconsistently-cooked steaks couldn?t really be described as even warm. The Souza Rita I ordered contained NO spirits! But itdid contain pineapple, an unusual ingredient for a margarita and not named in the menu. Did supply-chain issues affect theavailability if alcohol? The smoked cinnamon pecan old fashioned I first requested was not available according to ourserver. First visit = last visit. Read more
