Charlottesville location was not the Panera Bread I know in Lynchburg. I got choose 2 and my husband got the same. Our soup... was actually cold and so was my Mac and cheese. Had the choice of new food or we could heat in microwave. Didn't really wantto waste, so microwave. You had to kneel on the floor to get at it. Very bizarre I thought. Possibly the worst Panera?s I?ve ever been in. Was ignored by four employees behind the ordering counter (it?s wasn?t busy and... they saw me standing there). Then the bagel I received (I gave up on ordering lunch) was missing at least half of it because thegal couldn?t be bothered to put it through the slicer properly. Srsly? Read more

Very pleasant staff and a well run restaurant. The coffee and food is always great. Really no wait...just a few minutes for... flatbread pizza - delicious too! Clean restrooms and lots of shopping in the immediate area. Great place for a meal. Read more

Stopped in for lunch... WOW what a place. Ordered our food and was given a transponder to let us know when it was done. Cleaned... a table and sat my drink down so I could get the food when it was done. I was treated rudely about silverware, guess we weresupposed to drink the soup and eat the salad with our hands. Food tasted good, still waiting for the chain to learn thedifference between a half and a quarter sandwich. Decided to skip the restroom as like the table was in sad shape. Read more

This was a few months back but I haven?t wanted to go to Panera since because of this experience. One of the worst drive-thru... experiences I have ever had was here. I ordered my breakfast food then got to the window and paid for the food. I waited atleast 20 or more minutes for them to return to the window with my order. The young lady working there just said ?here? ratherthan even saying ?I?m sorry for the wait? or ?have a nice day.? I normally don?t complain about the service places but this wasjust so annoying that it keeps me from going back to Panera. Read more

Always good food here. Interesting menu addition which I had to try, The Stacked Mac sandwich. Very cheesy, Messy too, but oh... so tasty. Just ask for extra napkins when ordering. ????. It may not be the most dietetic choice on the menu but it was good. Read more

Great family friendly Panera! We were traveling and this was just the right spot to stop to give the kids a break. The manager... was very friendly and accommodating!
