Good food, though smallish portions. Fairly priced. Friendly people. But I don't remember ever being in such a filthy... restaurant. From the floor littered with food and debris, to the displays with old grime, spilled liquids and crumbs, to thefull dish drop off and garbage. Yuck. October 31st morning had the most disgusting workers I?ve ever had to deal with. Order was wrong, which was fine, but the... workers were too lazy to walk out and take an order. Sorry I wanted to make an order?? Kept walking out and screaming ?use thekiosk? Two separate workers rolling eyes because they had to do their job. I?m very disappointed in this location. I had just lost my son. I received a gift card for $50 so I decided to go here for the... first time. I placed a mobile order and selected a time. Well the time changed on me and I couldn?t pick up for an hr. Well Ididn?t wanna wait I live 20 mins away. I called and canceled the order and it was confirmed by an employee. She said I would getan email. My total was $92. That?s a lot. No email so I called the next day because the money was still on hold and they told meyes my order was canceled. I told them I didn?t receive an email. They said it?s ok. The order was canceled. 1 week later themoney was taken from my account so I called the Panera customer service who had no record of this. Well it?s been under reviewfor over a month and I have yet to receive money or a phone call back after I was told by Rachel that the general manager wouldcall me that afternoon. She gave me an email and I emailed back but no response. I am disappointed and at this point I?mgrieving my son and I?m tired of fighting this. $92 is a lot but it is what it is. The staff member was very polite and gracious (so I have no complaints about staff). My 1 star is because of the coffee and the... price: almost $4 for a small coffee, and I had to throw it away because it came out cold! It was really disgusting andnauseating. I did not even bother to say anything because it wouldn't have made a difference. This is the worst coffee I haveever had in the past 10 years. It was so bad that I will say it is memorably bad, and I will never forget so that I don't everreturn to this place for a coffee. I keep learning this lesson over and over: the best coffee is the one I make at home, and atleast it's hot! Read more
Visited this location this past weekend and was beyond disappointed. We stood at the dessert area looking over the items as we... planned to purchase something sweet. The person at the front counter, Nathan, did not greet or ask if they could assist us. Just got the feeling that he was nervous or afraid to talk to people of color as he was readily available for an elderly personwho looked like him but more importantly no customer service training. We did ask for the manager, Rachel, but did not feelreassured that she would address the concern. Needless to say, I/we give this location a 1 star but would love to give it aminus 5. Pretty disappointed in the size of my whole salad. I paid $11 for this. It was in a grain bowl bowl instead of the regular... container. If you are out of the right bowls give a discount! It is not the same size!! Read more
The manager here took her time while I was in the drive-thru, (there was no one behind me), to go get a nutrition notebook and... look for things I could eat! Things that would be gluten free egg free lactose free I believe there was a salad on there I gotthat was pretty good. I really appreciate her patience. Read more
Nice employees! Very friendly. The food was really good. The store could use some cleaning though.
