I used to work at Papa John?s in the early 2000s. Wow what a change! Still waiting on a Phone Call from a General Manager 4 days... later! Local managers hands are tied a lot I do not fault them for understaffing etc. this is a upper management issue with thislocation and all the issues! Read more

Delivery driver was new, but didn't call when he got lost and ended up driving to *Crozet* of all places before turning... around... Then spent a good 5-10 minutes wandering the complex (again, no call to me to ask for directions), and forgot my two2-liters. Pizza was okay, but was lukewarm on arrival due to being gone almost an hour from leaving the store according to thetracker. Definitely a reminder of why I don't order from them often... Update: About a week later I decided to give them a shotagain. I was given a comp on my order, and told to call back and they'd fix it. While the pizza arrived on time this time, andwas hot, once more soda (just the one 2-liter this time) was missing. I called back about half an hour ago and was told it wasfinally (an hour later) being sent. Still nothing. I will not be ordering Papa Johns again. Read more
We ordered the NEW New York styled pizza. As former NYorker - I know that this style is difficult to find and have it truly be... the right crust. And, again, disappointment. It was the same hand tossed crust (yes, I checked to be sure I ordered the rightthing). I had long since written PJ's off for dry pizza that always tastes like it's been sitting all day. Did an order online and wanted my pizza lightly baked and was told by a manager that they couldn't do it.... But every other... place in town does including the other papa John's located on pantops. Then asked for plates was told again by manager oh I cangive you a ton of napkins. Then asked for parmesan packets I asked for at least 8 because my order was going to 2 separateplaces oh I can give you 4 but I will have to charge you 0.15 for the rest. Like really I've worked at a pizza place before andnever had a hard time getting a lightly backed pizza before this is ridiculous. Never ordering here again Read more
