My husband and I met for a late lunch. He is a fan of endless shrimp and he loved the new options. My steak was undercooked, but... the waitress, Leigh, corrected the problem. Leigh was attentive, friendly and available when we needed something. She made ourdining experience that much better. I didn't give them 5 stars because I think their prices have increased too much. Waited 30 minutes just to get bread. Did not even get salad or appetizers at this point and had to go ask for the manager. I was... told this was his 2nd day on the floor and I can appreciate that but there were probably 4 tables in the entire restaurant thatwere seated. My mom is elderly and disabled and it's really frustrating when you try to take her out and this is what happensbecause she rarely ever gets out. I could be sympathetic if they were busy. If you could even communicate to me that there wasan issue in the kitchen.... Absolutely nothing. Very frustrating. Everyone gets the same scripted scripted response so it'sobvious you don't really care about what the customer has experienced or how they genuinely feel. Sad. !!! Read more

My boyfriend and I were seated for 15 mins. without any server coming to our table to greet us or take our order. They greeted... others at their tables coming in after us including; a larger table directly across from us. We decided to leave without makinga fuss and as we were existing, my boyfriend looked back at the manager and said "No one would help us" and she replied " Isee". What I didn't see is any customer service and a manager who allowed customers to walk out the door without attempting tofix the problem! - 0 stars is what they deserve!!! Read more
Went here last night for birthday dinner. Was never seated after an hour wait left. I was on way and put us on waiting list. Got... there checked in was told 20 minutes even though app had said 15 minutes. Okay that is fine we will wait 20 minutes. 20 minutesturned into an hour. Ask hostess how much longer it would be she stayed 10 minutes. 10 minutes came and passed still waiting.Got up and left. Lots of tables that were empty I guess staff not able to work it. Service was very poor. Food was poorly cooked. When my boyfriend sent his steak back for being well done when he ordered medium... it took forever to get the new steak, I was done eating before he got it, it was a different cut of meat and the manager thatdropped it off had an attitude. Husband and I just left and wow - boy did this Red Lobster surprise us! After not being in one for several years, we took a... chance. It was EXCELLENT! The food was hot and fresh (lobster/shrimp/scallops), and the service was truly awesome! Our serverCody was attentive, knowledgeable and overall 5 star for sure! We will definitely be back!! Casual chain style seafood - ample portions and lot of parking. Visited at lunch time, service was good but some tables appeared... to need some cleaning. Waitstaff was friendly. Overall, a good choice because they have something for everyone - even the nonseafood person. Read more
