I use to love this place ! Soups use to have some much flavor now everything is bland and when I say bland I really mean it... ..today I got tomato soups legitimately taste like water with tomato pulp in it. last time I came here I got lamb curry therewere no lamb in it and it did not have any flavor ..my last resort was chicken tortilla no chicken little tortillas with noflavor at all ..I really hope they don't mess up the chili when it's up and I almost guarantee it'll taste like watered downmeat in a bowl of beans Read more
Delightful lunch. As we descended into the restaurant, we were enveloped by the wonderful aromas. I wanted to try every single... soup! We each got a sandwich and soup combo to try more of the offerings. Didn't get a pic because we gobbled it up so quickly!Thai Peanut Tofu Soup and the Potato Rosemary Soup were stellar. This place is a staple now. Every holiday we visit the folks in C'ville we make sure to hit Rev Soup. They were out of a couple... soups Dec 2021 (due to supply chain yada yada). My favorite was the cheesesteak wrap with cup of Lamb Curry (pic). Both wereexcellent. Wish the wrap was a little bigger tho. Lamb Curry so tasty it "silenced" my appetite. Best soup in Va., hands down, and it's not even close. Blown away by the potato rosemary soup, which had a nice, thick body, and... was extremely flavorful, with the potato on the front end, and the rosemary coming through on the finish. Awesomevibe/ambience/well-decorated, too. Read more
Wanted to try something local. Glad we did. The steak and cheese was the best sandwich out of the three. The potato rosemary was... smooth and flavorful. The other soups were good. The BLT is an easy classic. The only drawback was the Adam was turned into awrapped and sadly was very dry. Read more
The food here is overall good but the prices have always been high and now even more so. I don't like that their half sandwiches... are really just wraps. Although very convenient to where I work I'd rather go to Bagsbys for a good sandwich. Read more
