The worst ever at Starbucks but what's to be expected at this point from the 5th Street Starbucks the boy at the window with... purple hair actually made us wait until he was done texting with a line of cars behind us claiming he was texting his managerwhile we waited on the drinks to water down..... and hot food to get cold well the proper way to have done that was to hand thecustomer the food that they already paid for and then send ur boss a message in-between time the carelessness that he has I'lldrive out 29 before I ever hand this Starbucks money or before I ever spend another penny at this one made himself seemcompletely rite smh people don't wanna work anymore it's sad Read more

They water down their cold brew. I just paid $12 for a serving of coffee tinted water. Ridiculous!!! Do not go to this... Starbucks. Occasionally, you get a good one here but is the exception instead of the rule. Read more

Pretty slack in service-- they were not really interested in taking our order, they threw the tea bags, tags and all, in the... cups instead of the normal double cup with tags secured between the cups, and instead of Earl Grey with two shots of Chai theyput in two English Breakfast bags and gave it a pass by the chai. This Starbucks had a rough start when they first opened, but they?ve grown up a lot in the last year or so! The barista named... Mercedes is the most pleasant barista ever! (I?m sure everyone else is great too but she?s the one who helped me.) She?s so niceand will do whatever it takes to find you a drink that makes you happy! Read more

Go very early in the day or you'll be waiting 20+ minutes in-store for your order. When I politely asked, "Excuse me..." to a... staff member to inquire about my simple food order, her reply was short and annoyed: "Yeah. What's up??" A senior staff memberwalked by, not knowing any details, saying, " The food'll be out down there..." Ugh. When busy-ness detracts from courtesy whenslammed - which they were on this latest visit (9AM); a long stream of vehicles curling around the building for the drive-thruwindow, a line of lobby orders - better customer service training might be beneficial. "Busy" is never an excuse for rudeness(there is no excuse, frankly). 25 minutes after ordering, my order was completed hurriedly with apology by another staffmember. Read more

The line was long since it's red cup day, but they handled it like champs and I was there maybe 10min from the time I entered... the building to the time I left with my two drinks and red cup! I was very impressed with how quickly they got through the lineinside and out while also pumping out mobile orders. The usual Starbucks, in a handy location that was easy to get into. Staff were very nice, and helpful. Nice parking area, nice... little outdoor seating although the weather didn't allow for the day I was here. It looks like it could be difficult to get outof, because I can only go right and the interstate is left. Read more
