I?ve been coming here for awhile. It?s a family run business. It seems that the owners let their children run the place and... unfortunately the children aren?t very big on customer service and should not be running their family business on their own.It?s absurd. The customer service is pretty bad. I keep coming here because I like supporting family businesses but when thefamily business does not care about customer service, after awhile I stop coming no matter how much I want to support familybusinesses. i have given them two chances and never again. first time i went in there the gentleman making my sandwich was in my opinion... rude and had no customer service. the cashier was not friendly either. Rudely told me my total and scoffed when i added a bag ofchips that was sitting on the counter in front of her before the sandwich was wrapped. second time i don't think i have everseen so many eye rolls in my life just straight why you wasting my time attitude. most unfriendly subway i have ever been to. I get dinner here frequently as I work nearby. The subs are always very good, and I love how much they let you customize your... food. Staff is friendly as long as the customer is, and they'll always carry good conversation. The store is about as clean asit can be. If you're in a rush, you can order through the Subway app before you go, and pick up your meal. Read more
