Rude older blonde lady refused to let me get food at 8:40 pm when the hours on the door say 10pm and online says 9pm!!!!! She... said nope were closed, just serving the last customer. I said no your hours say your open she said yeaj well Im closing, beingtomorrows a holiday.. wah, I have to work all night tomorrow and all weekend. You couldnt mane a sandwich and close at 8:45instead when youre supossed to be ooen until 9 or 10 depending on which hours listed youre going by. I wont be giving any moremoney to all of these businesses around here that refuse service before closing. Read more

I went in last night around 8 o?clock food was fresh as always. The ladies (sorry I can?t remember their names) but they were... awesome. Me and my significant other needed a laugh last night and they sure made our day/night. (I so forgot about the subwayon 5th street so thankfully we road over there). We were greeted instantly, helped right away. People don?t see subway as 5 starbut I had the experience like I was. Thank you to the ladies last night! I hope y?all get a raise.!!! Read more

Pretty racist staffs (even though they were minorities as well). My husband and I are Eastern Asians. We walked into the store,... no one ahead of us. And then came in a white lady right behind us. Staffs try to recieve order from the lady behind us first,and she insists we were ahead of her. Then came in a white male, and this staff takes order from the white guy first.Unbelievable. Staffs did not even ask us what we wanted. I had to ask the staff whether she?s ready to take the order and thenshe finally takes the order from us. Not returning to this store anymore. Aweful customer service. Sandwhich were amazing tho,but that?s the case for any subway locations. Read more

Whoa! The prices! OMG, I ordered a 6" roast beef ($7.49) with chips and a drink ($3.29) (plus bacon ($1.00), yum) and the total... (tax 11.8%) came to almost $14!!! That is ridiculous! I had a coupon that they wouldn't accept. The food was ok. Read more

I ordered a Bacon and Chicken Ranch sandwich from them for pick-up. Everything looked fine from the outside, but once I got back... to my place to eat, they did not put bacon on it. I contacted Subway about my issue and got a copy and pasted response about howthey will not do something like this again and that their workers have specific training. I didn't realize the training was tojust not put all of the toppings on the sandwich? Anyway, the meat and cheese appeared to have been toasted, but it was all coldin the middle. I don't think they actually know how to prepare sandwiches at this location. If you want a sandwich and wantSubway, do NOT go to this location. Most of the other locations in C'ville are fine and prepare sandwiches properly. Read more

Worked at Subway 5 years and have also been a customer to many but this location gave me a RAW steak and cheese sub with cold... cheese. Absolutely DISGUSTING.... Read more

I ordered curbside. I waited they didn't bring it out so I had to go in and get it. That was just an inconvenience but... forgivable however I ordered 2 subs with bacon an asked for them to be toasted, the bread an cheese was but not the meat. Baconcold that hasn't been toasted in my opinion is disgusting, didn't know that till I had gotten home. I filled out the survey theyemailed me with my complaint and the guy who made my subs called me and told me I was lying and I should not send in a badsurvey response like that because it hurts their store. I could not believe I was in the wrong because I answered a surveyhonestly, I hadn't asked for a remake or a refund or anything else just was hoping they wouldn't make that mistake again.Customer service was just horrible. The food here is terrible and they gave my friends order away to the wrong person and didn't believe that she had ordered food.... We had to wait for 3 different people to order and have their food made to get our sandwiches we had ordered an hour earliermade. Then they made the sandwiches with tomatoes when she did not ASK for them and specifically wrote in the comments sectionof the order that she was DEATHLY ALLERGIC. when we called back the manager answered and he refused to remake it or give arefund and he was EXTREMELY rude. My friend later went to the restaurant and had to threaten to call corporate just to have herfood remade so she could eat it and not waste $10. So disappointing and a HUGE waste of time. Read more
