I ordered the nacho fries box from this location which totaled 6.36$ I gave the female 10.36$ and unknowingly drove off with my... order but without receiving my change. I turned around after noticing that I hadn?t received my change. I had drove about 3minutes down the road before turning around so it had maybe been 7 mins total since I last been through the drive through. Now Iusually wouldn?t worry about this small amount of money but I have recently been laid off my job and could have used that 4$more than ever. After Informing the manager and employee who just spoke with me about what had happened they said they didn'tknow what I was talking about but would count the register anyway. After waiting inside for 2 short minutes the same employeewho gave me my order told me the register was not short and that they don't have the 4$. I am very upset with their service andI will be recommending people take their service to another taco bell in the Charlottesville area as I am still pretty upsetabout this situation. Read more
Horrible GM hung out of the drive thru window and said Fu## you to lady in front of us. Had lots of tattoos one is a 666 on her... neck. Was not friendly at all. Extremely rude. The strawberry lemonade tasted like it had no syrup. I ordered cinnamon bites 2orders I got 2 pieces they costed me over 3.00. I pd. 30.68 I was very disappointed in everything. Decided to try again after bad experience, wish I didn't! Besides the expensive prices for barely slipped together tacos with... little meat, the cheese wraps were half shell and half cheese, not cheese throughout. My cheese potatoes were more cheese thenpotatoes and what little potatoes were there were hard and dry. The food was cold and there was freaking hair in some of mytacos that I threw out.. The drive through line was completely in the main road blocking traffic. I decided to go inside only to find out that it was... open for doordash pickup. However, the manager said that I could pickup my order it was coming up on the screen. Nicos was myserver. Excellent service! Very happy. Read more

**This review is solely for the limited time wings** FYI - tried their wings that are new on the menu. They slap. Taco Bell... doing wings is a strange concept but they did not fail this assignment. You get a box of 5 wings and a side of ranch for $5.99.Although the wings are small, they are very crispy and fried hard, which in my opinion is the key to a good wing. There?s nofrills - just 5 wings in a nondescript brown box, no sides. The ranch is good too - although it?s supposed to be spiced, it?snot spicy, it?s more on the tangy side. The wings themselves are well seasoned and moist - which is good because some placesgive you wings that are desiccated, crunchy, and dry, which takes away from the meatiness of it. There was literally less than a tablespoon and a half of meat on the taco! Such a huge rip off! They couldn't even fill the... drink that I paid for. I would check your food and demand they use the correct amount of meat in your food. Fast food isexpensive and this is unacceptable! The last photo is on their main page, clearly false advertising. The worst restaurant I've ever been to, first of all the food is not good, the attitude of the waiter is even worse, they have... no basic courtesy. I was angry because they missed my order, I drove back to get it, but they gave me an ugly face, full ofprofanity. I do not want to give any star to this Taco Bell. Restaurants should be more careful in their staff selection! Read more
