This was my first visit and I will be back, and I am recommending that others go. I was going to eat there but found that, right... now, it is only takeout. Okay with me then. I ordered sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, egg drop soup (what I really wanted),and a canned drink. Service was friendly and quick (10 minutes). I didn't have to wait to order. When I got back to my officeand started eating, on my gosh, everything was so delicious! And I mean EVERYTHING! There was plenty of parking spaces and itwas easy to get in and out of the parking lot. The chicken was bland no seasoning, the steak was bland no seasoning the noodles tasted like water. I've traveled all over the... world this was top 3 worst asian restaurants I every patronized. 7/15/22 Now this is my new favorite. Moo Shu Pork. You get a lot. The pancakes are thin and chewy and the pork and veges to fill... it with are amazing. Don't forget the plum sauce; order extra. As good as a place I would go to on Pico Blvd in Los Angelescalled Twin Dragons. I have also ordered in the past, Vegetable Mi Fung. Excellent. Sweet and sour soup, vegetable dumplings andeggroll. Delicious. My first order, was kung pao chicken. Excellent. That was the only thing I ordered for months. Enough for 3people. Great customer service! Very fast with giving me my order and waiters are very nice. The food is delicious especially the... chicken wings and beef and broccoli! I would highly recommend coming here if you are craving Chinese food. Read more

They've upped their game over the last few years to really become the best take-out Chinese in town. I think Peter Chang's is... pretty great, too, but they're also a different kind of restaurant, I feel. Red Lantern still has that "take-out Chinese food"taste to it. Hard to describe what that is, but if you know, you know. Food is really great quality. Staff is nice andfriendly. I couldn't give 5 stars, though, because of the wait. I placed my most recent order in person and it was for 4 meals,so probably a fairly standard kind of order for them. Nothing too crazy, all standard menu items. I waited for over an hourinside and had to ask about my order rather than be given an update. Others were coming and going, ordering and picking up,while I waited. So, I still recommend them, just make sure to order ahead so you can wait somewhere else if you'd like. Read more
