I can't speak to the wait time. It was only 10 minutes for me and I was helped relatively quickly. Maybe I was lucky relative to... the other reviewers, and I did come in at a quiet time. The employees were kind enough, and the guy who took my order evenhooked me up for an extra sauce at no additional price. So that was good. However, that is where the positives end. If you'reexpecting Buffalo Wild Wings or somewhere similar quality of wings, you're going to be disappointed. Calling these things wingsare insulting to wings. I got boneless (maybe that's part of the problem tbf), and they were literally dry chicken tenders witha little bit of sauce (not enough sauce) plopped on top. Very disappointing. Read more
Absolutely horrible experience in store when trying to pick up an order. Took almost 10 minutes before they even acknowledged I... was there, and another few minutes before they actually spoke with me. And then they were rude about EVERYTHING. Told me itwould be a few more minutes. After waiting for another 10 minutes I asked for an eta and got a very snotty response saying itwould be like 3 more minutes. For what I'm not sure, at this point they had received the order almost an hour ago. As theyFINALLY handed me my order, I was told I should have more patience. I was more than patient the whole time. The online menu through Grub Hub was misleading. We wound up with 10 wings and 18 small cups of sauces for $46. We called to... let them know that the site was not user-friendly. The manager was cobdensending and insulting. This is not the first time wehave used ordering websites with no problems. Wing Zone was horrifyingly unacceptable. Read more
Absolute trash!!! Ready to pull off... missing HALF my order... when my husband proceeds to ask where is my food, the cashier... and the cook cussed him out immediately!! After cussing him out then offered to actually MAKE the order. I think NOT. 1/10, would not recommend and will not return. Check the reviews - in the last 12 months, they have 1 five star, 1 four star,... and FIVE one star reviews. Stood alone at the counter for several minutes before an employee acknowledged my existense and cameto take my order. With two customers and four staff, they still mixed up our orders so I had to wait for mine to be cookedagain. Two employees arrived for their shifts and neither washed their hands before handling food, a clear health codeviolation. For the young lady it wouldn't have mattered if she did as she was repeatedly pulling her phone out to chat with herfriends, and for the young man it wouldn't have mattered as he repetitously touched his face. Their "cheese fries" are frieswith about a tablespoon of shredded cheese thrown on top. The voodoo fries, which are a .50 upgrade, have about .02 worth ofseasoning thrown on them making them the highest markup item I think I've ever bought. That tablespoon of shredded cheese is1.10, another insane ripoff in pricing. Both orders of fries were very disappointing and we threw most of them in the trash. Thesauce was ok, definitely not unique or complex but just a simple sauce you could easily make at home. For six wings (which wasfour legs and only two wings), the sorryass cheese fries, and the sky-high voodoo fries it was over 16$. Even the ranch cup wasonly half full! As a family of three, we have ordered from this location a handful of times. With that being said, every time we have ordered it... has been exceptional quality for to go orders. Fresh, and hot! We typically spend $25-45 each visit and I can honestly say it ismoney well spent with no complaints. Which now a days, it is rare to keep consistent quality and service with every where beingshort staffed! Just a warning when ordering in person, and taking to go it can be a bit of a longer wait but none the less foodwas worth every dollar spent there and worth the wait! Read more
