Awful. I was kicked out because I forgot my mask. Shoveling snow for 4 hours, did t have it in my snow gear. I asked for a mask... and they had none. I explained it to Horjat and still was discriminated against. Been going to that place since it was SofaCinema. Never ever will I be back. Shocked. Read more
I had stopped going there for a long time then thought I would give it a second chance. Staff are friendly but do not listen... very well so you have to repeat your order numerous times very frustrating and still not end up with what you want. Sub was made properly. However Covid-19 guidelines were not followed. I was the only customer at the time, but when I was... paying, a group of people came in with masks and as I left, everybody took their masks off because they were friends with theemployee. I will not be returning. Read more
I love this place. Clean, Good warm food like 99% of the time except for one very big problem. If you get a breakfast footlong... egg and sausage its cold everytime. I use to tell them to microwave the sausage and egg twice but now they got rid of themicrowave so it's only toasted which is absolutley disgusting. Read more
I went late night and ordered a veggie sandwich. The guy there asked me if I?m pure vegetarian, and he brought a special knife... to cut the sandwich as it was veggie. He suggested me with many other ideas. And help me figure out a meal. I asked his name andhe replied Love ( A turban guy ). Appreciated his customer service. Read more
Don't try roll with single serving of lobster 6 inch, they charged me 25.99. Most expensive roll.
