A very poignant reminder that dunks is waste of time and money. Not only did it take half an hour, they didn't have anything I... tried to order, when I finally got my food it was lukewarm, and the sandwich was squished with half an English muffin. Staff wassuper apologetic and friendly over all, but that doesn't really do much to improve the experience when literally nothing elseabout the food or visit was acceptable, never mind good. I usually do not do this and give a really bad review but I have had enough with this Dunkins. Two days in a row, I have ordered... an ice cappuccino and two days in a row it has been terrible. Day one 5AM I ordered a large and it came to me half full andmajority was all foam. Ordered a sandwich and they had to see if they even had bacon to put on it came to me with 1 slice ofbacon. Waited 15 minutes in a line of 2 people including me for poor quality. Gave it another shot today 5AM, no sandwich due tonot wanting to waste my money on another bad sandwich. My coffee came out to a third cup of coffee and all foam. I paid for alarge to only get a couple sips out of it. I understand jobs can be tough but it is a coffee order, how hard is that?
