I ordered a match latte with no ice. There was so much milk, it wasn?t even cream, as it was a latte, it was disgusting. All you... could taste was regular milk. A very poignant reminder that dunks is waste of time and money. Not only did it take half an hour, they didn't have anything I... tried to order, when I finally got my food it was lukewarm, and the sandwich was squished with half an English muffin. Staff wassuper apologetic and friendly over all, but that doesn't really do much to improve the experience when literally nothing elseabout the food or visit was acceptable, never mind good. I usually do not do this and give a really bad review but I have had enough with this Dunkins. Two days in a row, I have ordered... an ice cappuccino and two days in a row it has been terrible. Day one 5AM I ordered a large and it came to me half full andmajority was all foam. Ordered a sandwich and they had to see if they even had bacon to put on it came to me with 1 slice ofbacon. Waited 15 minutes in a line of 2 people including me for poor quality. Gave it another shot today 5AM, no sandwich due tonot wanting to waste my money on another bad sandwich. My coffee came out to a third cup of coffee and all foam. I paid for alarge to only get a couple sips out of it. I understand jobs can be tough but it is a coffee order, how hard is that? ThisDunkin is by far the worse in the area. I wish I could give a lower rating. Read more
The coffee is always good here.. the Kids that work here are always on point. The variety of donuts here are above-average.

Open 24 hours but don?t expect much late at night/early in the morning. Workers will lie to do less work. We were just told the... ?sandwich station? was being ?cleaned? so they couldn?t make ANY food. Yeah, sure. Don?t waste your time if it?s late at night. Read more
I watched the staff prepare my sandwich and then accidentally drop it on the floor. The Sandwich was wrapped but sorry not... eating food dropped on the floor. I waited to see if the staff would re- make my sandwich they did not they picked it up off thefloor placed it in a bag and tried to give it to me. They are shocked when i told them I didn't want a sandwich that fell on thefloor. I didn't even want a new sandwich the fact that they tried to give me a dropped item is reason enough to not get foodfrom there ever again. Read more
