Very busy, but the coffee was good and it was fresh and hot. Sausage and Egg biscuit was very salty and overly greasy. Hash... brown tots were hot and good.. very pleasant lady at the window. This location uses products that are very visibly outdated. When confronting the manager, she became very defensive and rude but... agreed to remake the burger with questionable condiments. The tea is on point, though, and the lack of options in this smalltown makes for a possible return. Read more
Chase City VA location Not impressed. The staff was constantly yelling back and forth between the kitchen and the counter. One... was cussing extremely loud and often. The fries were cold and stale and they had no ketchup. Next time, I will just skip lunch. Read more
I don?t normally eat at this place because service is usually trash. I was tired and wanted something close by and didn?t feel... like cooking. Today?s events absolutely take the cake, therefore I know I won?t be back. What is the point of offering orderahead when they still don?t fix your order until you get there. Now I?m waiting for my order to get cooked and I placed it 15minutes ago. They work slow enough as it is, so this was a dumb attempt to add something else that they can?t seem to handle.This place needs to be shut down so that something else with better service can be added. I stop by today to grab me a bite to eat after placing my order and receiving my food I seen a roach crawling on the wall and it... bug me , I didn?t say anything because there was other customers behind me waiting in line I proceed to go to the bathroom andthere was smears of pesticides on the wall and it smelled really bad this place needs to be shut down I came here last week andthe food was amazing I don?t know what?s going on but control your bugs in your restaurant that is unacceptable and disgustingyou have a boy on the cashier by him self he was very polite I even gave him a tip when i was on the way home not even 5 minutesafter pulling off I was eating my hot ham I notice some white on my sandwich and it was moving and it startled me so bad I threwit out the window THERE WAS A BUG IN MY FOOD I literally got sick I don?t want a refund I will never eat there again I will becalling the higher office to speak with there boss I will be in process higher ups this place needs to be shut down Read more
