I?ve been going to this location the last couple years, they?re getting better but just inconsistent. I?m in my late 30?s I get... it I?ve had to work hard in food service I understand.. but how hard is it to hire ppl who care and take pride in doing a goodjob in this generation? You go to like Chick Filet and Qdoba, they 100% get it and keep it clean and serve efficiently so itdefinitely CAN be done. Here?s to hoping this once amazing chain gets back on track cause it really is great food. Read more

It was slightly busy during lunch, as expected. The amount of food given on each varied with who is scooping. Food was good... since you can build it. I would say it's on the salty side, for meat and some veggies. Read more

UPDATE: I originally gave this location 1 star, but I have gone back a few times in the last month and things have definitely... improved. The new staff are much friendlier and much more professional, and the restaurant is MUCH cleaner than before. Iwould still strongly recommend ordering in store versus online to ensure order accuracy, but overall this location is trendingin the right direction. Hopefully things continue to improve. Read more

If you?re thinking of going here? don?t?. Just don?t?. Go to the Qdoba less than a mile away instead. We have gone to this... Chipotle many times and the last 5-6 times it?s been a complete mess. Sometimes you can order in person, sometimes you can?t.Fine - we do an online order and select the pick up time. The last three times we?ve ordered ahead through the app our food hascome out an hour after the noted pick up time. One hour. Ridiculous. This last time was the icing on the cake. Waited an hour,got home and realized we didn?t get half of our order. Then the one order we did get was wrong. A salad from their menu exceptit didn?t have lettuce?. Can?t really have a salad without lettuce. As I started eating it, the thing was cold. We?re talkingabout food we waited an hour for them to even make, driving ten minutes and it felt like it came out of a fridge. To top it allwe paid for everything? including the food we didn?t even get. Stay away from this chipotle. This location is not even worth onestar. So disappointed. Read more

Do not order online. When I arrived to pick up I was given the wrong order. I asked how the staff knew it was my order when... there was no name on it. They assured me it was my order but when I opened it, it clearly was not. It took a full 30 minutesfor them to make my order. When I did receive my order, the quality of the food was poor. I remember how good Chipotle was whenit first opened years ago. Its really sad when you show up at lunch time and there is a hand written sign on the door that says "online orders only". This... happens several times a month without warning. Today, i decided to put my order in online and wait.. BIG MISTAKE. I ended upwaiting 20 minutes longer than the 10 minute time i was quoted on the app. When i got back to the office to eat i opened up myburrito bowl and it was only half full. Employees were too busy fooling around and joking to help customers efficiently. Employees on thier phones and handful of... employees in the back, meanwhile the line backed up. Customers who ordered ahead though had no issues walking in and gettingthier food immediately. Gotta be a better way of doing things or just get the employees in line. Read more

Twice in the last few weeks, they took the order and when we got there the store was closed. Chipotle needs to understand that... people are placing order for their dinner and not just a grocery order. If they knew the store is going to be closed earlierthan planned close time, it?s good if they don?t take the order. And their refundication process is not simple either, it takesour effort to reach out through email and a minimum of 5 days for refund. If we don?t reach out, not sure if we will get refundfor a store closed scenario automatically. Read more
