I've been eating here for over a decade and I could count the number of times they've made a mistake on one hand. my order on... one hand. Most recent visit had a bit hiccup that resulted in an unusually long wait, but I wasn't in a rush, and once theynoticed what had happen they got my order out quickly and even gave me a coupon for a free meal next time, which was REALLYabove and beyond; wasn't planning on writing a review today but they really deserve the five stars. Had a pretty damn good Double cheese butter burger, kind of on the expensive side for what it?s worth. Did not expect the patty... to be smashed, however that crispy texture coupled with the bacon made for a good flavourful combo! Grease dripping offeverywhere and the soft bun were a nice top off bonus too. Read more
Best burgers in Minnesota hands down! The chicken tenders are also great! Also highly recommend the chili and fried cheese... curds! Love this place! I went by myself, and while dining a large group of teenagers came in. No one was yelling, causing a commotion, or being... impolite. Suddenly, who I believed to be the manager, comes out from the kitchen and starts yelling at the teenagers about itbeing a quote family restaurant quote and they need to be quiet because he's trying to run a business. I'm not sorry, but youmust be a fool if you believe that a hundred people in a restaurant can possibly be quiet while enjoying themselves and having agood time. The only reason I gave any stars at all is because the other employees were fantastic, very polite and friendly. Thisguy seriously needs an attitude check for people who are literally throwing money at him. Read more
On more than one occasion the food has been under-cooked or straight up raw and cold. This place is completely staffed by high... school freshman. There was like 17 of them either unsure what to do or un-caring during most recent visit. Hard position to bein for the managers. The cashier however was very nice, friendly and communicative. The one star is specifically for Brad. Brad is consistently rude for no reason, short tempered, and yells a lot. Sometimes he... locks the doors to the dining room 15-30 minutes before close. The rest of the staff is amazing and always do their best!! Read more
We love their burgers and malts. I used to love the chicken tenders, but lately they don't seem as good as they used to. I think... they changed their source/recipe. Won't be getting them again. Hubby always loved the walleye. Hope they don't change that.Burgers and chocolate malt are the same. ???????? Always a treat. Read more
Drive thru line always moves at a fairly quick pace. Employees are always smiling and friendly. This location is amazing at... making sure nothing is missing from your bag on drive thru orders. Read more
