Have been there a couple of times. Absolutely love how well the staff treats customers with respect! Food was delicious! Great variety of food option! The ambiance was the culprit of the lower score. Sort of felt like a glorified... Applebee?s. Over head lights were on too bright for a dinner at 7:30pm. Hostess was great but the server see a bit timid andpossibly just finished being trained. Waters were not brought out until after appetizer arrived, and not until I asked for one.Not a huge deal but the rest of the meal was the same level of attentiveness. Great place to hang out! Service was friendly, can't make a bad choice on any menu item.
Service was a little slow at first but we were a big group. Those who had the chicken Alfredo really liked it, my steak fajitas... were ok but not great. I'd go back but get something else. Read more
Polite staff, mediocre food. Server forgot to put my order in. Appreciated the honesty and apology from the manager that brought... the food out. I sat for at least 10mins while the rest of my table ate, Manager said my order was quick to make. Could of atleast compensated some of the added side items or drinks. Read more
Larger establishment that appeared to be well staffed and clean. I had the bacon cheeseburger and requested medium rare and to... my surprise I got exactly that. It was fantastic and flavorful. The coleslaw was lacking flavor yet still edible. The pretzelwas very good and the cheese was a standard queso and mustard. Read more

Went out to eat with a group of 5 people, it was very noisy even though it was 5pm. The food was good. When a couple in our... group got their bill is showed a .75 charge with a explanation of both. I asked the wait staff and was told it was becausethey had asked for butter and sour cream for the potato. The friend was frustrated as she had asked if there was an additionalcharge and was told no. I brought it up again to the waitress and nothing was done. In the end our friends paid the extrabut was upset about it. I'm not sure if the waitress didn't think she had ok to take the charge off or was told to not takeextra fees off, either way it left a sour taste and this group goes out to each every Friday with a many as 15 to 20 peopleusually Read more
