Was here 9/17/22 and while the food was "standard" for a McDonald's...is was quite the slow service, and they only had one young... gentlemen working - and he was new. Ordered through the drive through, after I received my food I noticed an item missing. Went back around and told them I needed a... plain cheeseburger and that I noticed I wasn?t charged for it. I was holding my money to pay for it?.. to the employee In thenavy blue with the headset. You?re in a position were someone thinks you?re the best option to be in charge. Sitting at the drive through speaker only one in line the attendant told us she needed a couple minutes then proceeded to help... cars that were arriving into the other line before helping us. Keep in mind these cars she was helping were not there when Ifirst pulled up to the speaker. We finally get to place an order. We get our food and the order is incorrect. Read more

The manager on duty I think name was "Teena" or something was very uninviting. She was yelling at the new guy at the register... the whole time, poor kid. When she came to deal with the lovely couple at the counter she also yelled at them and they were justconfused about the McDonalds app. It made the whole experience unpleasant and I lost my appetite.
