Was here 9/17/22 and while the food was "standard" for a McDonald's...is was quite the slow service, and they only had one young... gentlemen working - and he was new. Not his fault, but on a Saturday afternoon...you may want to try and get a bit more staffin? The joint was clean overall...again, it's a fast food restaurant, nothing to rant or rave about. Read more
Ordered through the drive through, after I received my food I noticed an item missing. Went back around and told them I needed a... plain cheeseburger and that I noticed I wasn?t charged for it. I was holding my money to pay for it?.. to the employee In thenavy blue with the headset. You?re in a position were someone thinks you?re the best option to be in charge. Be the person theythink you are. Work well under lunch hour pressure, keep calm for your employees you?re leading, and lastly, choose to be kind.Taking your arms and shooshing me away and saying ?we just need to get you out of here??? Sitting at the drive through speaker only one in line the attendant told us she needed a couple minutes then proceeded to help... cars that were arriving into the other line before helping us. Keep in mind these cars she was helping were not there when Ifirst pulled up to the speaker. We finally get to place an order. We get our food and the order is incorrect. Read more
Ordered a McDouble no ketchup from mobile app, ketchup was scraped off, still soaked in bun. So I went in to get it replaced.... Exact same thing except this one the only other condiments besides the ketchup soaked in bun that was scraped off, had ketchupsoaked picked and ketchup soaked onions. Already complained once so I just took it home to add a bunch of mustard to try todrown out ketchup that was scraped off. Read more
Can someone please explain to me how both of these are mediums? I mentioned it to the person at the drive through and he... literally said it?s because it?s iced coffee? umm what.. they are both iced coffee. Apparently, this specific location does not adhere to Mc Donalds profit and... loss friendly serving suggestions to maximize profit, unless your odering a drink of course, then you'll get 2 tons of ice witha splash of beverage. The manager on duty I think name was "Teena" or something was very uninviting. She was yelling at the new guy at the register... the whole time, poor kid. When she came to deal with the lovely couple at the counter she also yelled at them and they were justconfused about the McDonalds app. It made the whole experience unpleasant and I lost my appetite.
