Leaving a low review due to customer service. I am a recurring customer from this Sarpino's location for 2 years. I have had a... few order issues in the past, but nothing major. On my recent order, I received a base sauce on my pizza that I was notexpecting. I double checked my order receipt online to confirm I did not make a mistake, then called in to report the error. Iwas told that I was incorrect and my order was pizza sauce. When I refuted the claim, the employee on the other end (I'massuming the manager at this point) pulled a classic "Are you calling me a liar? Why would I lie to you" - maybe he wasn't andthe system they use is defective. At any rate I thanked him for his help and hung up the call. I will be ordering elsewhere.Great pizza quality and good delivery drivers, but be prepared to hire a lawyer if you need to refute an issue with yourorder. My parents introduced me to this place, there are so many choices! Every time I order It?s always amazing. Pro tip- get the... tiramisu(leave it out to get a little room temp) and enjoy after your meal. It?s really so good! Read more
Usually good pizza, but pretty expensive. Would recommend carryout. Details: This is the first time I wasn't happy with my... pizza. It took about an hour and a half to get here (ordered at 10:55, didn't get here until 12:20 with no notification) and itjust was not fresh anymore. It tasted like it was left out and dried and I was bummed about it. I have ordered from sarpinos afew times and the pizza is always my favorite for delivery (I don't order delivery all the much). This time though, I would havepreferred a frozen pizza. The bacon cheese pizza is usually amazing and greasy awesome pizza! It was out so long, there wasn't ahint of grease from the cheese or the beef and bacon. I could go on about it, crust, cheese, etc, but overall it really was notfresh anymore and I honestly ate a few slices and threw it away because it just wasn't good anymore... I would recommend forcarryout if you want their pizza but for me if I have a cheat day and want pizza again, just going to go with a frozen pizzanext time. Read more
I love the pizza I just received. It is so good. The crust was crisp, but not tough. The toppings were generous, and perfectly... balanced. I love Sarpino?s and have recommended it countless times! Their specialty and gourmet pizzas are superb. My favorite is the... Greek pizza. Delivery is fast and accurate, and best of all there is no minimum order and no delivery fee! The loyalty programis good and there is always a coupon you can use if you order online.
