Dont usually like BK. But wanted a change. Asked the kid placing the orders whats the biggest burger you got. He recommended the... bacon onion ring thing. Then HE went and made it and made sure i had the biggest burger i ever had at a fast food place(barring Carls JR). Now thats customer service. Nice Read more

Very disappointing. I decided to give Burger King a shot tonight. Big mistake! My order arrived nothing like it was supposed to.... My veggie burgers had all the wrong condiments and no cheese (which I paid for) And instead of mozzarella sticks I got a whopper(I don?t eat meat) I worked on fast food for almost a decade, it?s not that hard to follow the basic instruction. When makingorders they should be validating before anything is sent out. I will not be ordering from here again. Read more

Today was my final straw. I love Burger King and I was so happy that they finally opened in Chateauguay. Service was never... special here, but I didn't care, as long as the food was good. Now 3 bad food experiences in the last 2 weeks, and I can't bethe only one, nobody was in the restaurant during lunch hour, and a few weeks ago this place was packed. I've never seen arestaurant try and sabotage itself, until now. Why would the owner invest so much money to build this location and then let itget like this? There is only a partial menu available, Whoppers were cold and dried out, and there is a serious lack ofdirection. No managers, no bosses. This place is like a ship without a captain, and it's taking on water... Please fix thisplace before it's too late, I really want them to succeed, but it takes a lot of work and an owner that's hands on. McDonald'sdown the street isn't the best, but at least the franchise owner and his family all take part in making their business work. Read more
