Very frustrating - got a happy meal and it was missing fries and yogurt? The box itself was also not assembled properly.

I just don't know how to rate McDonald's. Having worked there in my youth and seing how it's run today, I question the decisions... that have got us here. It's not fast food, its it will be ready when it's ready, and good luck if we get your order right.Without sounding like I'm 100, but in our day we served two counters with one kitchen staff and most nights we were only 3 to 4guys(girls). Now it's seems everyone only works their station and they're like 10..and you can't get a coffee out in less that 5minutes. Head Office really needs to evaluate their efficiency. Read more
