When they don't mess your order up the coffee is often cold and most of the employees have terrible attitudes.

Avoid by all ways:: We ordered through the screen to avoid any mistakes in our order ::: But that doesn?t save us still:: coffee... was cold. Nothing was followed our request was simple. Mess management. I ordered from machine insider and they made mistake to give to others. Mine stuck in screen for 25 minutes.... Looks they have a few newbie on duty which is a cost of training. Read more

Stopped here during my road trip home. Disappointed. The owner needs to pay more attention to this location. The mens bathroom... was out of order and the Family bathroom had a broken door handle and the toilet did not flush. The Chocolatiare (ChocolateCroissant) I had was good, only a little dry. The staff (all 16 year old girls as far as I could tell) kept giggling when thetake out speaker activated because of a strange squeaking noise. Got a 5 piece of chicken with wedges to feed my toddler: thechicken was alright, but the wedges were so dry and crispy and old that we couldn?t feed him any of them. Very upsetting. Theowner needs to get their act together. I don?t think the staff are the problem: training for the fresh food policy and keepingup with the building maintenance should be a higher priority. I hope I don?t stumble across this location again. Read more
