So very disappointed with this location in recent months. The staff are so unfriendly and even rude. Waiting for your order... becomes a trauma, as it is long to get your food and it is rarely what you asked for. We were served by the manager on oneoccasion and this was the worst yet. Never appears to be a shortage of staff, but evident their priority is the drive thru. So,we are giving up on this location. We then went to the location further down on St. Jean Baptiste. Super friendly staff and wereceived what we ordered. However, they were closing the store at 2:00pm due to a shortage of staff. However, they did not posta sign on the door. We have now relocated to the location on D'anjou. Staff are polite and we received what we asked for.However, they were greatly lacking muffins, donuts and bagels. I understand these are trying times, but quality of serviceshould not be this bad. Read more

No smile, always rude and they always get my order wrong. ALWAYS! Most of these kids have no idea what customer service is. I... mean, to pause service to answer your personal cellphone with text messages?.and when they get my order wrong, which happensevery time, they NEVER offer to add what was missing to my order. I see a few comments about being understaffed? That?s just badmanagement and there?s often 5 to 7 employees, I would not be surprised, if a bunch of them went on break at the same time. Read more

Nobody ever: hi. Please let me get a bone dry breakfast sandwich, absolutely no condiments, and if I for some reason don't... desire a tasteless, dry, flavorless sandwich, I want to pay extra for what should have been an essentialy included everywhereelse. Read more

Worst tim hortons I've ever been to. Consistently >10 minutes drive thru line. Some claim staff shortage which may be but when I... see 7 staff and half are standing around not doing anything I can't help but blame management. This is by far the Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to out of all the provinces I have been to in Canada! Keep in mind this is... not a downtown Montreal location but they will have customers waiting in the drive thru for 20-30mins all day everyday. To topit off I have waited and received bitter coffee a few times or the wrong sandwich so be sure to check your order before yourdrive off. It is absolutely ridiculous that they employ people who don?t want to work and think this is a normal waiting timefor coffee, sandwiches and donuts. Even Starbucks moves faster and they are actually making a variety of special drinks. I amcompletely done with this Tim Hortons. Management and The staff at this location needs to do better! Service here is often slow due to them being understaffed. Unless you're going through drive through, you'll be waiting a long... time to get your order. Other than that, they are really great people and are super sweet. I often passed by with my dad andthe people there were really kind and memorable. Read more
