The Pregnant woman at the window shouldnt be working in any customer service position Period! Horrible customer service skills... Rude, Offensive and wants to hold your order hostage because she Hates her job and dosent know how to Serve People! Will neverorder here again! Unfortunately I have to update my review. The first two times I ordered from this location is was great. Last week I ordered... again and it was awful. The pizza was overcooked, and literally looked liked it had no cheese or sauce on it. I won't bereturning. Read more
Friendly and usually fast service. I love the customer service. I have never met anyone who did not show respect. They have a... drive thru window which is very convenient. My Grandson would live on their Pan Pepperoni pizza if allowed. Easily orderedonline. Lets you order ahead of time. So if you go to work and want pizza on your way home they will have it ready for thetime you choose. Very convenient and flexible. Or just order ahead of time and they will deliver for the time you choose. Ofcourse you can order and have pick up or delivery then. They let you know when it will be ready. I really appreciate the easeof ordering ahead of time. We are all busy and if you know it is going to be pizza for lunch or dinner why not schedule itahead of time. Read more
Our go to pizza joint. There are a few locations in the vicinity but this is our favorite one so far. Usually fast service and I... rarely have to get anything remade. Friendly service and pizza usually comes out on time. Never had the issue of cold food fromthis location so keep up the good work. Read more
The tracker said my driver left 20 minutes and the puzza came cold ( i am a 5minute drive tops from the store). Asked for a well... done pizza, it was mush and toppings fell off. Call the store and the manager said "well I was the one who made those". Sheoffered a 20 dollar credit ( my order was 55 with tip) and I still have mushy cold pizza. Last time. Read more
Drivers are always super nice, quality is typically consistent and good. Deals are nice. But the most important thing to me was... I had requested they deliver my items in a bag and leave at the door for contactless carryout. They did so which made it so Icould pick it up easily from my chair. Other delivery places are not usually so kind as to do this. Thanks! Read more
This establishment started off so well. They were a gust of fresh air in the pizza business. The first two years of operations... they seemed to have a maxim of customer service and product perfection. I used to order pizza from here every week just about,but within the last 6 months they started to be hit or miss on the pizzas and wings. The beginning of 2019 they became downright garbage. The pizzas are always sub-par, the toppings are scarse even if you order double and the cheese is almost nonexistent. Their management will not return calls and is never in. The Domino corporate office claims that the franchise is astand alone so they don't require a standard of business or product. I will not recommend Chatham Illinois Domino pizza toanyone. I gave it 1 star because the scheduled delivery was on time. The rest was old and cold. Pizza looks like it was sitting for... several hours before delivery. Possibly could play Frisbee with it or cut firewood for the season. Read more
