food is great, however it seems every time we order from this store it's a 50/50 that the sandwich's are cut in half. we always... order them cut but like i said this has been on going for sometime. i dont understand, it takes more time to make a sandwich,then it would be to cut them. Read more
The customer service here is outstanding! I had one order that was made wrong, but when I called the store, the guy was super... friendly and apologetic! He made me a new sandwich right away! Oh and the Kickin Chicken is delicious! Read more

I ordered 3 meals.... waited over half an hour for my food to be delivered literally half a block away..... once food was... delivered, each meal was missing chips. I called, and was assured that the driver would be right out with the chips. It has been45 minutes and a second phone call since then, and still nothing. The second call, I was informed the the driver WOULD NOT beright out, instead would be out once they filled enough orders to send him back out. I think its highly upsetting that I have tosit here, put my dinner off, for their mistake. Im not sure how to make an ACTUAL complaint, so here, read it!!! Read more
This location is awesome!! I had an issue with an order, and they took care of me stupendously, with a nice store credit (we had... to eat our sandwiches on the run, couldn't take care of it that night). When I called to do a replacement order, the managertook care of taKing my order, and told me that the driver would be here asap. The driver was here very quickly, the sandwicheswere perfect, and they had even written Thank You on both wrappers.
