I have never waited so long for food. I ordered online and when I got there they hadn't even started on my food. There was no... communication between the coworkers. People that came inside and ordered after me got their food way before me and I feltforgoten the whole time. I was hoping to be in and out instead I was there for almost 20 minutes. Read more
We use the drive-through and they are getting better about getting our order right the fist time. :) The line isn't horrible... but if you hit them up at lunch or supper time it'll be around 15 minutes give or take. The food comes to you hot and fresh. Nodried out & hard as a rock french fries either. Read more

Typical McDonalds. Drive thru is slow as molasses. Have gone here 5 times since we moved to Chatham. They have messed up our... order all 5 times. Only ordered cheeseburgers and big macs with fries. Never have the correct amount of items. The last andfinal time I made the mistake of not opening everything (while still at the window) and when I got home and opened the Big Maccontainer it had a Filet of Fish in it. Don't waste your time here. If you want McDonalds that bad take the extra couple ofminutes and drive down the road to the next one. This one should just close. Read more
I requested my food fresh and everything was still nasty! Sweet tea taste like the machine is dirty. Oreo McFlurry and barely no... Oreos in it, pretty much tasted like a $4 cup of vanilla with sprinkle of Oreos. Read more
Just purchased food there not even warm had nuggets that were hard also had a spicey Mcchicken that fit the same description... barely warm and hard. Can never get my drinks straight all I ever order is large unsweetened tea most of the time they give mesweet tea but twice have given me soda I'm diabetic and haven't had soda for decades. Not worth waiting through their long linesget down the only to find they can't do the minimum of tasks correctly. Ordered two double cheese burgers cheese only. Get 2 double cheese burgers with everything on it. Plus waited 15 minutes for... fast food that wasn't right. Cashier didn't even say hi looked like she didn't even want to be there and gave sas to me. Andpeople wonder why i gave up going to McDonald's and choose dairy queen all the time. Read more
