I was in the cape for a weekend trip with my boyfriend. We had no idea it was an upscale hotel but it really enhanced our trip.... I had the best sleep in those 2 nights. The staff went above and beyond for a great experience. The breakfast selection wasexcellent and made to order. I thought some dishes could benefit from salt, which I didn?t realize was missing until I tastedthe eggs benedict. To wrap up our last night, we stopped by the small bar and I had one of their mocktail options. We had a veryrelaxing time. We didn?t have dinner reservations at the restaurant but we?re thinking about it for our next visit. Read more
We stayed here on the way to Martha's Vineyard. The customer service was incredible, the room beautiful and the breakfast was so... delicious. Next time, we will skip the Vineyard and just stay at the Chatham Inn! Highly recommend! Read more

This was our first time staying at the Chatham Inn and a Relais & Chateaux property. The entire experience was amazing from the... calls prior to our arrival all the way until I received a phone call after we departed, letting me know that they found mynotebook we left behind. We have avid travelers and this was by far the most amazing service we have received. The property wasbeautiful and the food was delicious. Just returned home from a couple days stay at the Chatham Inn. It was wonderful!! The service was impeccable-so attentive yet... not overbearing. We were in room 11 which was modern and stylish with a fireplace , huge bathroom with a spa shower. It also hadan upstairs loft. Unfortunately the weather was very stormy during our stay (they even offered to dry our wet clothes for us)but it was so warm cozy and inviting inside. The bar service was stellar..Felix was so knowledgeable, gave us unbelievableservice and with delicious creative cocktails! Due to the stormy weather and off season it was pretty quiet so we were we ableto have great conversation and share some laughs with staff. The dinner at Cuvée was outstanding -servings were the perfectsize for a four course meal. Rafael our server was awesome , and very knowledgeable also! A gourmet breakfast is included inyour stay and Albena our server was great. The breakfast was delicious. During our stay we also met Lyn and Rob who wereabsolutely lovely too..thanks so much to all of you for your role in making this one of the best getaways!!we will be back!! Read more
Front desk staff are welcoming & helpful. The best think about this Inn are the personnel from housekeeping to kitchen to bar,... everything was consistently outstanding from beginning to end. Breakfast menu was unique & we could make some variations to suitus. Rooms were cozy & inviting. Loved to light a fire at night. We often sat by fire in the reception area with a drink to watchother guests come & go. Not to be missed is curvee for dinner!!! Read more
Stayed here during a difficult time (was in town for my mom?s funeral). The staff was so attentive and helpful! Lyn and Rob... especially went out of their way to make sure that my sister-in-law and I had everything we needed. Breakfast is included inyour stay and it is delectable! Don?t miss it. And the hotel itself is absolutely adorable! Well appointed and comfortable.Bonus: it?s an easy walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. Read more
