My wife and I ate here on Dec 3, 2022 @ around 11-11:45 am. We were seated quickly, had our drinks immediately and we were... served our food very quickly. My wife and I both ordered "The big chuck" burger and fries. At the start my burger was greatabout half way through i noticed what I thought to be pink meat. I figured it was the lighting as the lights are very dim. Icontinued to eat my burger about 2-3 bites left I looked down to see the raw burger not pink but raw. I stopped eating and toldmy wife, My wife had half her burger left at this point and she stopped eating after seeing how raw the inside of my burger wasat this point. A man who I believe is the "manager" or "owner" came around and asked how things were, I said honestly ? and Ishowed him the remaining part of my burger which was raw and very under cooked. He told me that he would let his staff know. Hetook it to the cook, I heard the cook spout out about it and the man then returned and said at least it was "prime rib burger"and then turned to my wife and said you still plucking away and she said no not after seeing his burger. When you order a burgerat any establishment you expect it to be cooked properly. Unless stated otherwise in the menu as I have seen at other burgerrestaurants. Regardless if this is a real "Prime rib burger" or not every burger should be cooked the exact same to the exactsame internal temperature. My wife's burger was properly cooked and had no pink at all let alone raw burger meat. For a managerto come pat me on the back and say at least it was prime rib so you wont get sick and not take my concern seriously isdisgraceful for any establishment, We were not offered a discount, free meal or even a sincere apology. Staff were nice. Top Sirloin was good. The deserve was great, however, I was a little disappointed that it states on the menu... that it had toasted almonds but it come with none. Overall a great place to eat some steak for a decent price. Read more

I have had Dine in here before and it was pretty good. However I have had take out here and it is absolutely the worst. My stake... was black, I meant burnt beyond eating. The lobster was fresh and cooked properly and well seasoned but that was about it. Froma meal costing $70 and change I felt I got maybe $20 of good value. Maybe it was because of take out and they aren't working fora tip but it was ridiculous. Would never ever have take out from this place again. Highly doubt going to dine in after theexperience as well. Hopefully they get their thing together. Read more

It was a nice experience the huge open concept and screens would be great for games or big events. It would be nice to have... potatoes with steak mashed or baked not fries. No vegetables also was a bit odd. Just a tiny piece of corn which is anotherstarch. Also the steak while flavour was good it seems there is no middle ground. All I want is a nice thin pink line. My sonordered medium well I ordered medium. His was over cooked and very dry mine was very red and not what I wanted either. Somethingdefinitely needs to be improved there. The loaded cheese fries are still a great appetizer and still one of my favorites. Thewaitress was nice and friendly even though it was busy she was always checking on us when she had time. I have been to both Chucks Roadhouse in Windsor and have always had a good experience. Both my wife and I ordered the Bacon... Cheeseburger at the Chatham location. The issues began when we first got our meal and the bacon was not cooked completely, onboth burgers. As I began to eat the burger, I noticed the grease dripping down from my hands. I will admit, I know burgers arenormally a little greasy, but this was a streem of grease. The service was not bad, but I had only eaten about 1/4 of theburger when I told the waitress. We were not offered an "compensation". Not a great experience AT ALL. The only reason whythis review got 3 *'s and not two and the reason the server got a tip, is because she was pleasent. Great photos on the website but here's what the meal actually looks like. Got takeout, this is the chicken tacos and paid the... additional price to upgrade to onion rings. Six soggy onion rings. There are some other items in the order, but seeing the tinyquantities of everything for the price (including Chuck's "honest to goodness" tax) and tipping in advance, there's no way I'mcoming back here. Overall our dinner was pretty good. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The spinach and cheese dip was really good. I had... the rib and wing combo. Rib sauce was really good and they give you plenty on the ribs and on the side. Unfortunately the ribswere over cooked. The wings were awesome; very meaty and flavourful. My wife had chicken tacos. She would have preferredgrilled chicken; she said they were like chicken fingers. She said the sauce was really good and she liked the sweet potatofries. She enjoyed her meal. Read more
