Posted For a friend Tonight I was so excited to introduce my fiance to your awesome poutines Unfortunately ended up being the... worst decision ever !!! I ordered the pulled pork poutine and he ordered the Philly cheese steak , first of all the fries werehard , pretty much raw in both poutines and the Philly cheese steak was so spicy even if the fries had been cooked, too spicyto eat and nothing in the ingredients would have suggested that. Than when we called to express our concerns all we got was imsorry , we thank you forthe apology but now we have nothing to eat and are out 36 dollars!!! We will never, ever order from hereagain , and management needs too look into what employees are sending out uncooked food !! Never eat here again !!!! We went there to get poutin since we are out of town. The flavour was nice but unfortunately my wife had multiple hairs in her... food. She found 1 and ate around it but then found more and was completely disgusted. She called them to let them know and theyoffered a refund but it's not worth the time and irritation to drive back over there. The entire staff should be wearing hairnets or hats. It should not even be a suggestion. That's just plain gross. Read more

We visited this place from out of town last summer TWICE. It was a highlight to stop again this summer. We continue to enjoy the... service and the food overall but have noticed a slip in quality compared to our visit last year. Very disappointed in thebuffalo chicken poutine. Very little buffalo sauce - I had to squint to see any evidence. It created a very gross combo of curdschicken bacon and white sauce with odd spices on it. No buffalo sauce. Bleh. We had already left (as it was take out) so I hadto throw mine away. Fries on all four were quite undercooked - soggy and mushy compared to other visits. Craves is headed to Blenheim. We popped in today for a gyro and breakfast poutine in Chatham to check them out. OMG..dynamite.... Wolfed down every bit. Guys are going to kill it in Blenheim and local eats r gonna have to up their game. I would divert offthe 401 from London to Windsor to enjoy this feed. One of the best tastes since leaving the GTA for good. Da bomb. Promise towork thru the whole menu. Read more
Bought a bacon cheeseburger today and some fries. The burger was absolutely disgusting, every bite was packed with black pepper... so much that black pepper is all you can taste. I could only stomach two bites before having to stop. You wouldn't even knowthere was any meat in the burger thanks to the pepper. Also the bacon was hard as a rock and inedible. Very dissapointed.
