Ordered a number 10 with a poutine. After watching them make my burger and poutine, I noticed they put them in a microwave. I... asked an employee if they just put my food in a microwave. I was told no...it was put in a booster. To zap it. What the heckdoes that even mean? Needless to say my burger bun was disgustingly soggy. My poutine was a mess with fairly mushy fries. Neverwill I order anything other than ice cream. No pride is taken in their food if you can't make it fresh and have to microwave it. Read more
Usually good but tonight was disappointed to pay over $7 for a blizzard that not even half way through was just vanilla soft... serve, no toppings or anything past the top 2 inches. Edit after response: Obviously this is not a one time occurrence as therewas a similar issue brought up in a separate review a month ago. Read more
Usually a decent place up eat. Just picked up a double stack burger and i was really disappointed. The bottom bun was soaked in... grease and the burger tasted like it had been cooked about 3 hours ago. I won't be going back any time soon. Read more
Staff are alright, but they?re usually really stingy with their blizzard toppings, especially the strawberry cheesecake pieces.... We got like 4 pieces in our medium blizzard. Read more
I grew up eating Dairy Queen. There is nothing better. Pricey like everything else anymore. I have always had great service... at this Location. Hopefully they keep up the good work. Read more
Awesome service from the staff. The food is good and the ice cream is even better. Fast service and a friendly environment. The... seating is great with a nice atmosphere. I've never had an issue and the orders are made right. I definitely recommend going andchecking it out. It can be a bit busy in the drive through at times, but not too long of a wait and worth it! Had the best double bacon cheese and single bacon cheese burger in whole of Chatham. It was completely halal which made me very... interested as I'm a Muslim myself. Sauce was very delicious. Poutine was top of the line. Burgers very very juicy and made mesay yummmmm yummmmmm. In all honesty, I'm a food lover and I loved the burgers and fresh french fries which i had at BackyardBurgers.
