I know Harvey's is slow! Always has and always will be. When you grill burgers it takes time! Got 2 burgers, fries and gravy... and an order of frings. Burgers all done and dressed then waited like 20 minutes for frings with the burgers in the bag underthe heater. Got home to cold food and the gravy container wasn't even half full, a quarter at best. I love Harvey's, bestburger for a fast food joint but NEVER again! Staff seemed young, inexperienced and totally unorganized. 2 customers behind megot served before me and fries and onion rings getting served for other orders but not for me for some reason! To top it off,finally get my order and no sorry for the wait! If there was a minus star waiting I would be giving minus 5 stars. Almost 30dollar bill for cold food and poor service. Terrible tasting burgers. Ate here about a month ago.. ordered the Angus by mistake.. seemed undercooked and very bland.... Thought it was just the type of burger. Just had an original today and couldn't eat anymore after 2 bites. Seemed undercookedagain and had a chemical like taste to it. I think I'll be done dining at Harvey's. Read more
We had placed an online order and went to pick it up. The issue was the drive through was backed up and there were a few people... waiting inside so the time they gave to pickup was not met. Waited 12 minutes for fries a shake and a pie. Shake not shake, fries lousy. Never again.
Why is your service so slow?? It's called fast food for a reason... shouldn't take 30 mins to make 4 items. 2 of those items... being drinks.... Read more
