i haven’t even tried the food here quite yet, but i ordered the root beer float; it tastes like straight cinnamon bark. this... is completely and utterly unacceptable and i will never ask for this drink again. please consider finding a different company toorder root beer from ???? (that actually provides proper/normal root beer) you should put an advisory on the menu that explainsthe root beer is actually overpowered with cinnamon. i’m praying the food here makes up for this terrible drink. the taste isstill lingering in my mouth because it’s so powerful, this is astonishing. a warning to everyone considering ordering rootbeer here, DO NOT order. you will deeply regret it. xoxo ???? Tonight my family and I ordered food from Kelsey’s for takeout. (We have had bad experiences with Kelsey’s before but... thought we would give it a shot again) 3/4 meals were good. However my meal of chicken fingers (I got a side salad that I ate)were terrible. I never complain or make posts / leave negative reviews. But I was very disappointed to open up my to go box andsee this. Especially when these chicken fingers were $16.99. As someone who has worked in the service industry for the last 8years, I would have been embarrassed to bring this to a table or send it to go in a take out order. I did call and speak to themanager who told me (without seeing the photo) that this was due to the chicken fingers being “over breaded” before they arecooked. She was nice and offered me a replacement order or something different when I came in another time. I kindly thankedher, but did not take the offer for a replacement as we have already ate the other food we ordered and I do no plan to go toKelsey’s to eat to dine in. (Or to order from them again in the future). I just wanted to share for anyone who might bethinking of ordering chicken fingers from Kelsey’s. As always the food was tasty, the beer was cold and the service was friendly. We ordered the potato skins and the fajitas and... were very satisfied with both. It was the perfect amount of food for 2 people to share. Read more
