Maybe there was lots of new people learning but ordered 2 coffee 2 muffins and had to ask for the 2nd muffin and coffee.
Quick service. They just forgot a burger and my kids happy meal toy. :)
Edit: my second visit was the COMPLETE opposite. I visited Sept 21st at 8:30pm... Ordered a 10pc Nugget with Fries for my kid. ... We waited 17minutes. NEVER GOING BACK. ****** Food was hot. Service was great. No errors. Gotta say, best McDonald's I'vegone thru. I don't go often, but when I do it's extremely disappointing. This restaurant seems to beat all the others in myopinion. McDonald's on Richmond is a huge ripoff. They upped the prices of the combos, fries were half full and because they ran out of... med cups, substituted with a kids size pop and still charged full price. They're the only ones who charge extra for sauces too.Food was cold and oversalted. The millions they make every day, you would think they would do better. Read more
Went in for a cone and one of the most distasteful things a company can do is to discipline/interview employees in the customer... seating area. These situations should be handled behind the customer area. Need to get to a stellar level in this area. Thanks. Read more
I've been going to this location for the last 8 years that I have been living in Chatham and never ONCE have I had something... like THIS happen. My girlfriend and her mom went through the drive thru around 12:23am (July 4th) and as soon as she got backhome she gave me my meal and I started off by eating my fries. Everything was all good till I started getting closer to thebottom...after moving and shifting some fries around and to my utter shock and surprise exactly what falls out of the bottom ofthe container?!?! A DEAD FLY!!! I have NEVER felt more disgusted and nauseated in my entire life than when I have at this verymoment!! I could not finish my fries I tossed them out (as there was also a dark hair at the bottom as well) and I honestlywanna throw up because of how nauseous I am. At this point I don't even wanna finish my double big mac now this is the WORST andmost disgusting experience I've had at this location I don't even think I'll be back to it after this...I feel really sick to mystomach knowing that I ate the majority of my fries without knowing there was a dead fly close to the bottom. I wish SO bad ANY of the USA McDonald's was this good. Every single person here was friendly and you could eat off the floor...... Even the washroom was spotless. had my first gravy fries here.... Coffee is always hit and fresh tasting. Read more
I'm not much into fast food and McDonald's isn't the best place for economic eating. It was expensive. The food is standard... McDonald's food, no doubt. My girlfriend and I had a great time chatting while eating. The staff is so nice. That's something Isuppose. Read more
