Very disappointed with the service and staff. They always mess my orders up. I normally let it go and deal with it. The only 2... times I ever called to try and make it rite, the manager was rude and wouldn?t give a refund or replace my order because I threwmy receipt and food out and didn?t wanna go in the trash to get it ??? McDonalds has proved to be Slow-food restaurant over and over again! Waited over 30 minutes to receive the food! A phone order... was made, 30 minutes after asked them whats going on, and this lady didn?t even have the order slip out of their machine!!!Seriously!!! This is getting worse and worse each freakin day and then they have excuse that they have only 2 people in thekitchen, like thats not our fault get more people Read more

I asked if this McDonald's had Boo buckets. Didnt want any food just the buckets but bought the 2 happy meals just to get them.... Was told absoloutely yes they had them. Waited for over 45 minutes to find they had absoloutely 0. Not even sure what day theysold out. I would have happily continued checking other McDonald's for them had they not had any at this location. Spent themoney but didn't get what I wanted. Read more
Ordered a 10 pack of McNuggets and received only 6 nuggets in a 10 pack labelled box. Also, my fries were filled halfway. I paid... full price for my food yet I only received half of it! I tried calling but I guess they?re too busy to answer. Read more
When we first stumbled into this fine establishment one evening me and my lads expected a sub par experience. From the shadows... Noah came and he gave us an experience we will never forget. Initially we were a little worried when he couldn?t find order 991but we soon found that was manager Jonny?s doing. Noah gave us our food in record time and even gave us a wink to seal the deal.I have since decided to name my first born child Noah in honour of the man that truly changed my life for the better. This McDonald's really were kind to my 8 year old niece as she is learning to order and do things for herself. This place was... clean and the staff were pleasant and they didn't mess up my order. I have had serious issues with a couple of McDonaldslocations in recent years almost daily screwing up my order. I mean this location was a lot more family oriented like I rememberas opposed to certain locations I've been too that are full of homeless people and junkies. Read more
It's a McDonalds. Food tastes the same as every other mcdons. It can get extremely busy and hectic around rush hours (like... dinner and breakfast) but the staff does a great job attempting to keep things running quickly and smoothly. Always polite,never had an issue. Read more
