Was in Chatham for the day and stumbled across Smitty's. It was a wonderful breakfast. The food was fantastic, and service was... quick and friendly. Definitely the best breakfast in town. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Chatham. Places like thisare few and far between nowadays keep this gem around! Portions were good and prices were extremely reasonable. FanTAStic meal (had the veal / highly recommend it / VERY tender!), served by friendly attentive staff! It really is a great... restaurant. All of us in our group of 4 were abundantly happy with everything - including comfortable seating! If I'm ever backin Chatham, THIS place will be our go-to for future meals! Read more

I eat here often, sometimes twice a week for breakfast. Have also had dinner twice. We just moved to Chatham a couple months ago... and it's nice to have a 'usual' place with a 'usual' breakfast. I love the server I almost always have. Bobbie Jo is amazing.She remembers my order now and we chat and get along famously. She really cares about her customers and is a wonderful server.Love this place and hope to keep going for many years. Read more
