Their order web site did everything but send the order, and staff knew little about the app. The sub was fine.
Ordered our subs 45 minutes ahead of time online. Online it was marked as ready ........We get here there are only 2 people... working , the place is swamped . Workers moving at a snails pace . Food was very good. The service was slow because of one worker, but in fairness, he could have been new or training.
Always love Subway never had any issues but now been after multiple incidents of poor service at this location is forcing me to... write this. Except one time all the other times the sandwich is rushed the latest being tonight (May 18). Got to the store 15minutes before closing, the guy was preparing for closing which is understandable. But the way he was handling things throwingthings here and there sliding the sandwiches from one counter to the other and one sandwich almost fall of the counter. Askedfor the veggie patty, he took them out in so much rush that the patties just broke into half which is not a big deal but showslack of patience and work ethics. Would like to prefer the lady to be doing the closing that was at the store few weeks back,she had so much patience and made sure that everything is taken care of nicely! Read more
If you want excellent and quick service go here!!! There was a big lineup when I arrived and I thought for sure it would take a... while for me to complete my order! I was in and out within 3 minutes! Amazing!!! Thank you for working diligently for customersthat often have limited time over our lunch break to grab a yummy lunch! Will be back for sure! Read more
Love that this location carries the Veggie Patties! Great vegan / vegetarian option instead of meat, and they are... fantastic. Service here was fast and friendly, sub was very well made, ingredients were well spread out, bread was superfresh. Will definitely be back as long as they're carrying the veggie Patties. Read more
This location is the best through out chatham. Best service great food and fast
