I watched the car in front of me get some one else's coffee and then watched the girl take the coffee back in the window and put... it down. Sure enough she hands me this coffee, I asked her " isn't this the coffee you just handed out the window to the othercar". Her ply was " no", liars, will not be going back there? Read more
Always moving tons of cars through this place, a little tough to hear through the speaker at times, overall pleased.

The employees are rude especially the two supervisors alden and allen, first alden greeted me rudely second the sink was blocked... so I suggested him a way he replied that thank you it is our business in not so freindly tone then allen without knowinganything he was also talking rudely, I as a customer who deserves respect. Worst Tim hourtons in Chatham the drive through is so slow and rarely gets the order right. Waited 15 minutes in the drive... trough while they took the orders of 4 cars in the other lane. Read more
We went in to the store. There were too few staff on counter..only one that seemed overwhelmed. Almost all staff concentrated on... drive through and ignored the 5 customers in line in store. I like getting up out of my truck to get continuous exercise..soit's my choice...but even when the drive through is largely backed up it is faster as in store customers are secondpriority...at least this night. They are not like before. Like, they mix up orders more often now and doesn't show gesture. I don't like that. Some donuts taste... weird... super sweet. Need some more variet on spicy choices. Read more
