Frequented this Tim hortons for the past few months due to convince and the service is always horrible. Drive thru staff didn?t... acknowledge me and shoved the debit machine forward for me, she ignored me and proceeded to repeat the same question to hercoworker about pastries. Not usually one to leave a review at a fast food place. But I feel the need to since the service we have at my own local Tim... hortans is always so bad & they are ALWAYS out of product. I am just blown away with this location in Chatham. They are quick,efficient. My food I ALWAYS hot & they are never out of ANYTHING I ask for. The staff is also SO amazing! You can absolutelytell they have great management. Tim Hortans is not an easy place to work & good management makes a huge difference. A bunch of dummies! Can't understand English. Got an ice capp that was completely melted and when I asked for a new one they... kept asking if I just wanted it mixed or with milk. I kept repeating that it's melted and I need a new one. They gave me thesame one back! Idiots! Never going back. Why is Tim's so bad for customer service now? Read more

I entered the store hungry. I used the restroom first. It was nasty, great hand dryer though. I asked for a ham sandwich with... the New sauce. Employee repeated back to me mayo, I said no the new sauce, she finally said honey mustard after franticallylooking for it on the screen. I got my sandwich all muddled together with sauce oozing everywhere. They are so caught up inspeed its sloppy. There seems to be no product knowledge. They have no concept of the customer experience.
