An amazing branch of Tim Hortons with an even amazing set of employees. I am a regular customer and they are always very... welcoming and friendly. The manager is very good at multitasking as he takes care of his customers,his employees and does workaround the branch without skipping a beat. I work with customers myself and I know how difficult it is to maintain that behaviorthrough the whole day while dealing with problematic people so I can say that they are doing an amazing job! Absolutely love going to this Tim Horton's!! A few weeks ago I was in a rush to get to work and spilled my whole drink on the... service counter. Not only did they make me another drink, they made sure I was okay first and didn't heckle me about making amess. This employee gracefully cleaned up the mess and sent me on my way with a "no need to apologize, this happens all thetime. We needed to mop anyways." Beautifully dealt with. You have to ask the attendants to use the washrooms. Even if you do, they don't respond in time. The attendants are too busy and... spoiling my (customers) experience. Read more

This Tim Hortons was understaffed and the young man kept apologizing for the delay ! They also had someone spill something in... the eating area and another customer and myself put safety cones around the area ! I was apologized to a second time because Ioffered to pay for a young couple behind me and the person waiting on me thought we were together , so I waited to get mycroissants until after he gave them their breakfast ! Today I have a really bad experience with a lady called Brenda. She took my order and I expressed there was FLY into the pastry... glass (stand on the beagles) I decently informed her and she reply: I can not control sorry, and continue asking me for theorder? it is unacceptable due the health issue it can cost on the consumer of this product. Brenda?s actitud is very rude andmind she should be trained properly and improve her customer service; at the end I said if you do not take it out I will notorder my coffee, and as soon I took my iPhone to take pictures of that, she opened the door of the container to left the FLYleft. Placed my order and repeated it 3 times. They still got it wrong. Opened the tidbits box while still at the counter and pointed... it out. They fixed it and told me to speak up next time. A couple behind me in line started laughing and told her I did severaltimes. Didn't try my coffee until I was on the highway. They also forgot the sugar.??????????? Read more
